#ProductiveMonday: Minimalist To-Do List (Free PDF)

10:00 AM

Taking a break from my Singapore Travelogue and posting something much more apt for this new series I just created which I entitled #ProductiveMonday. I'm still not sure how I'm gonna go about this but I'm thinking of posting something on the topic of productivity and organization every Monday. I'm not sure if I can do this and really commit for all the Mondays of each month but I will try my best to do just that! For today, which is the first Monday of September, I decided to upload something that you can use for organizing tasks and your day! 😁

I have always had a planner and a notebook for writing tasks ever since I can remember. I'm a task-oriented person and I love planning, jotting down tasks, and accomplishing them. I don't know about you but there's this satisfaction everytime I tick or cross out a specific task that I've already accomplished haha! Aside from this, I love organizing, decluttering and all things in between (although I admit that my bag and room can be extremely messy at times - more so when I get really busy 😅).

I also enjoy going to Pinterest to look for free organizational printables that I can use whenever I want to organize different areas of my life. I specifically enjoy Minimalist To-Do lists, that's why I've decided to make my own version. This printable that I made is just a simple to-do list which you can actually do on your own. I've created it using MS Word. But if you don't want all that fuss, you can go ahead and just download the printable that I made through the download button near the end of this post. You can go ahead and download it for free! This is the first version which is a borderless one. You can print it, use it as is or even use it for your BuJo (Bullet Journal). 😊

This is the Minimalist To-Do list that I've created. This is as basic as it can get but I love it!

This is exactly the format that I use in my notebook when I plan my tasks every morning and ever since I've abandoned my 2020 planner haha! I make my own format on it instead. I just use a personalized plain notebook that my cousin gave me as a gift last Christmas.

It's not that fancy but it works for me! I've also enjoyed the more minimalist versions of to-do lists lately, which have also inspired me to make mine as simple as possible. I don't know why but I also like that Minimalist To-Do lists look more serious in a sense, and that inspires me to be much more organized and productive!

Happy planning and organizing! 😁
